Resources and Free Information from AnnA

Many people have been very generous to me in my life with information, knowledge and advice and in that spirit I hope that the reports and resources here will prove useful to you.

If you would like any of them then just email with the titles of the resources you want to anna@creativecatalyst.co.uk

If you are inspired to read any of my books, or my meditation CD/MP3, then visit the Marketplace for more information and to order.

HEALTH

Information is the key to staying healthy and these free reports should help you do that:

  1. Manuka honey has many important health benefits and this report gives you all the information you need to keep your immune system in great shape all year round.
  2. How to have Healthy Hormones.  With so many synthetic hormones around in the Pill and HRT, plus those in the environment, it is important to know about the natural hormone alternatives.
  3. An Alternative View of Health is a talk I give on what else is available for common disorders and more serious conditions.  It could change your view of how you take care of yourself.
  4. Holiday Health Tips are compiled from my own experience as a traveller and what works for me from herbal remedies for travel sickness to emergeny aid for stomach upsets.
  5. A Natural First Aid Kit for those everyday bumps, scrapes and upsets that can be cured with some simple remedies.
  6. The Eat Right Diet is based on your blood group and was pioneered by naturopath Peter D’Adamo.  I have followed it for many years for optimum health.
  7. Best Way to Live to Be 100 will show you what has worked for people around the world, and how you can adapt it for your own use.
  8. Astrological Health Profiles were written by a dear friend of mine, Martine Delamere, and helps you see your health vulnerabilities and strengths.

Hormonal Health Information: If  you would like to know more about hormonal health, for women and men, then please visit my other site for articles and views from doctors, health professionals and other contributors.  Plus of course my own regular blog on the latest news with my own particular emphasis and take on it.   You will find it at http://www.bio-hormone-health.com

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

Growth is essential for us to fulfill our potential as human beings and to enjoy our journey through life.

  1. 52 Top Tips to Beat Procrastination is ideal if you just can’t seem to start, or finish, a project. These simple and inspiring tips from my book on the subject will help you take action and move forward.
  2. A Beginners Guide to Meditation with instructions from William Bloom, one of the UK’s foremost spiritual teachers.  This was first offered with my Calm Mind, Calm Body CD and MP3 download.
  3. Top Ways to Reduce Stress will help calm you down and are taken from my book How To Cope Successfully With Stress.  Includes a useful self-assessment questionnaire on your stress vulnerability.
  4.

CREATIVITY

All of us are inherently creative, but sadly we don’t always believe it.  Some tools to help you flex and develop those creative muscles are here so please help yourself to a ‘play day.’

  1. An Outline Synopsis – this is something I suggest all writers use, whether you intend sending your book proposal to a mainstream publisher or not. Many coaching clients have told me this has been one of the most useful tools ever for helping them to focus on what they really want their book to be about as it asks pertinent and challenging questions. Answering them will give you a much clearer idea of what you are writing, why you are writing it and what you want it to achieve.
  2. All You Need To Know About Self Publishing – does exactly what it says. This exciting new growth area in publishing is something that many authors are now exploring and there are perils and pitfalls to avoid, as well as some very strong reasons to consider it. If you are thinking of going this route, then please read this report before you spend any money.
  3. 7 Steps to Plan and Write Any Book is for those wanting to get that book out of their heads and into the real world. Practical and easy to follow.
  4. Overcoming Creative Blocks and Barriers reassures you that you are not alone and gives you the tools to break through and be creative.

EXTRA RESOURCES:

There is nothing more satisfying than being able to share information and the discovery that comes when a book absolutely hits the spot.  Because I speak and write about the linked fields of creativity, personal development, health and spirituality there are so many wonderful books that have inspired, encouraged and introduced me to different ways of thinking and seeing.

Famous authors, and ones you may never have heard of, all are waiting for you to discover them. Please go here to see my favourites who have inspired me at http://astore.amazon.co.uk/creat-21
