Mentor Coaching Some organisations have a system of internal coaching either by managers, or specified individuals who have undertaken some coach training. It can be a highly pressured situation with conflicting agendas, and unbiased feedback and support from an external source can be invaluable. I am a mentor coach trained by Results to work with coaches to help them with their skills, and to allow them a forum to discuss aspects of their role that they want support with.
